The standardization and certification system is designed to stimulate and regulate goods flows in the foreign market. Given the development of foreign trade and the growing dynamics of international economic organizations, this problem is most acute, and its change involves the development of administrative levers for regulating foreign trade. One of the implementation mechanisms in this direction was the adoption of technical regulations. This paper discusses the main features of the EAEU technical regulation in the context of structural transformations and integration processes in the foreign market. Particular attention is paid to the time period of their action and directly to the regulatory function.
