The article is devoted to the methodological analysis of the most important theoretical and practical topic - freedom of activity. This concept, its place and role in the process of goal-setting and goal-realization of the subject of activity, as well as its axiological basis of freedom of activity, such as values, culture, creativity are considered. The role and reflection in the economic activity of the individuality of the subject are revealed. The necessity of introducing these categories into the interdisciplinary apparatus of sciences that study the paradigm crisis of modern scientific theory and ways to overcome it is fixed.

Although each of these countries has characteristic features and problems, there are general trends that promote unity and growth, which make the economies of these countries highly attractive for investment.

DEVELOPMENT OF CLASSIFICATION OF INTEGRATED CLUSTER STRUCTURES

abstract

The scientific and theoretical justification of the mechanisms of innovative development that can really change the situation with the creation and implementation of innovations in Russia is increasingly carried out on the basis of a combination of elements that are essentially heterogeneous. Such tools can be a cluster approach as a way of cooperation for increasing competitiveness and managing intellectual property as a widely used way in the world to ensure the growth of competitive advantages. When studying the theoretical foundations of cluster structures, it becomes obvious that at present there are a large number of different definitions and classifications of clusters. Each of the classifications of cluster structures is based on certain features of existing clusters. In this regard, the author of the article analyzes various approaches to the identification, classification and formation of cluster structures and on its basis, the author proposes a classification of integrated cluster structures based on the identification of factors that stimulate and suppress innovative processes, which, in turn, determine the stages of cluster formation and development as an environment for the emergence and implementation of innovations. The differences between the proposed classification and existing ones consist in taking into account the actual diversity of cluster structures in modern conditions, the possibility of developing and substantiating ways to manage and support the development of an innovative environment in clusters of various types.

The revival of the historical route for the development of economic relations on the Eurasian continent is one of the key priorities of the foreign policy and foreign economic strategy of the People's Republic of China at the present stage.
