REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF THE POPULATION OF THE FAR EAST OF RUSSIA

abstract
The article considers the problems of regulation of employment in the Far Eastern Federal District, whose accelerated development is a strategic priority for the state. The authors proceed from the need for a thorough theoretical justification of the employment policy in this federal district. In this regard, factors affecting employment in the Far Eastern Federal District are analyzed. The quality of life is assessed in terms of access to education and healthcare. An analysis of regional development programs showed their main focus - improving economic efficiency. Social guarantees and compensations to persons working in the Far Eastern Federal District are considered. One of the main and promising development factors, according to the authors, is the informational potential of the employment system, which is formed by the interaction of the informational components of jobs and the informational competence of employees. Measures are proposed to increase the efficiency of regulation of employment in the region.

The article considers the scientific and methodological aspects of the role and importance of innovative security in the system of national economic security. Innovative security is a key condition for ensuring real economic growth, efficient use and development of human potential, sustainable development of the territory. The alternative interpretations of the category “innovative security” by various authors are analyzed and its own definition is formulated. The indicators recommended for measuring the state of the level of innovative security are proposed.

The article discusses the criteria for assessing the readiness of the northern constituent entities of the Russian Federation for self-development. Based on the criteria presented, an analysis is made of the possibilities of the northern constituent entities of the Federation for self-development. It is argued that not all northern subjects of the Russian Federation, due to the northern specifics, are ready for self-development. The conclusion is drawn about the need for state support for most of the northern regions of the Federation.

The article reveals the features of the development of the construction business in Russia at the present stage, the role of taxation and its impact on investment in the industry. Some controversial issues of taxation in the construction business and the features of accounting and tax accounting in construction are considered. Practical recommendations are given for choosing a taxation system, for applying tax benefits, and accounting for revenue from each construction project separately. Actual issues related to VAT refunds when investor finances the construction of real estate. The forecast of changes in the construction services market is made. Formulated suggestions for improving tax legislation.

RUSSIAN STOCK MARKET AND FACTORS INFLUENCING ITS DYNAMICS

abstract
This article examines the approaches of Russian and foreign authors to the definition of external factors affecting the development of the stock market. Based on the analytical coverage of the literature within the framework of the topic under study, the factors influencing the dynamics of the Russian stock market described by the change in the MICEX index are identified and analyzed by constructing an econometric model. The factors considered are: GDP dynamics, inflation indicators, key rate, political situation in the country, news background, money supply, the price of Brent oil, dividend policy of Russian companies, the value of the S & P500 index and a number of others. As a result, a theoretical substantiation of the possible influence of macroeconomic indicators on the functioning of the Russian stock market is formed.
