The article explores the theoretical aspects of clustering a regional economy. Two diverging directions of the spatial economy and the main theories that significantly influenced the modern cluster concept are distinguished. The periods of the greatest popularity and development of these theories are determined. The characteristic of modern trends in the cluster concept is given. The conclusion is made about the complexity and uncertainty of the concept of "cluster" for the implementation of regional economic policy.

Using the necessary tools, the article explores the method and principles of evaluating the effectiveness of the innovation management system in an enterprise. It is noted that the algorithm for the formation and implementation of the innovation policy of the enterprise in the management system of its innovative activities should include two stages. It is concluded that the methodology for this assessment is formed from indicators of liquidity, financial stability, profitability and business activity based on criteria on the table of acceptable interval and point rating.

CALCULATION OF COST AND ASSESSMENT OF EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENTS IN DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF MAGNETIC RESONANT BLEED SENSOR

The paper calculates the economic losses of Russia from cardiovascular diseases and substantiates the relevance of the development and implementation in everyday medical practice of rapid diagnosis of CVD using a magnetic resonance blood flow sensor. Estimated costs of research and development work, the purpose of which is the design and manufacture of the proposed device. The cost and duration of the design and technological preparation of production are determined. Based on the calculation of the unit cost of production, the costs of manufacturing one sensor are calculated. The indicators of economic efficiency of investments in the design and implementation of devices are determined and conclusions are made on the feasibility of investments.
