The purpose of this study is to find the methodological foundations of the study of imbalances in the economic development of the hotel services market in the Russian regions through the analysis of the “funnel of backwardness”. In the framework of the presented work, the authors adapted the methodology for constructing the “funnel of backwardness” in relation to the hotel market and based on it a matrix of strategic positions of the regions in the hotel services market was developed.

The aim of the study is to study two ways of developing the reorganization of entrepreneurial structures: evolutionary and innovative scenarios. The author determines the prospects for the reorganization of entrepreneurial structures, which is achieved by the method of conducting a SWOT analysis of the reorganization of entrepreneurial structures, the development of copyright recommendations to improve the efficiency of reorganization. As a result of the study, the author developed a matrix for the reorganization of business structures, and also substantiated an innovative scenario for increasing the efficiency of the process of reorganization of business structures.

The aim is to determine the role of marketing innovation in the system of ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise. Achieving this goal is possible using the methods of regression and correlation analysis. Modern Russia has been selected as the object of research. As a result of the study, the author revealed the systemic problems of the innovation economy of Russia, practical recommendations for solving problems are proposed, and the functions of innovation marketing in this process are indicated. The paper concludes that innovation marketing plays a system-forming role in the process of innovative development of the Russian economy.

In modern conditions of economic development, the problem of spatial development of retail trade and its infrastructure support in the city is becoming relevant. The strategic justification for the development of trade formats on the territory of the municipality within the elements of the planning structure and other populated areas can be noted as a priority task in the development of retail trade in the city. This article presents the methodological foundations of the justification of the strategic directions of retail development in the municipality. The results of a study of the security of the regions of the municipality "City of Kirov" with modern trading formats are presented. The problem of differentiation of city districts by the level of provision of retail facilities with space has been identified and investigated.

An important element of the substantiation of the main directions of development and distribution of productive forces (and capital) is the determination of the prospective resource requirements of agricultural entities-land users of the region. Resources are an important part of the economic potential, which in many respects predetermines the possibility of its building up and the level of use in the planning period. The use of mathematical models, and primarily linear programming, is an important area for improving economic analysis. Specifying data or expressing it in the form of a mathematical model with graphical display helps to choose the least time-consuming solution path, significantly increases the efficiency of analysis and the visibility of the presentation of the obtained dependencies. For agricultural land user entities, optimization of land-use economics is of great importance. It is intended to determine such plans that provide a given production result at minimum cost or maximum effect at a given level of resource consumption. In the practice of agricultural land users, many problems are solved and goals are set that require a different approach to the depth and degree of detail of economic research. Therefore, the use of mathematical models and, primarily, linear programming, is a type of model that describes, using the regression equation, the relationship between input and resulting factors. This type of model allows you to determine the quantitative characteristics of the relationships, dependencies and interdependence of individual economic indicators.
