NORTH KOREA NUCLEAR PROGRAM AND REGIONAL SECURITY PROBLEMS

Among the security challenges facing the Asia-Pacific region, North Korea's most serious possession of nuclear weapons. Nuclear powers are looking for an effective strategy to deter this country's nuclear ambitions. The article discusses the positions of the countries participating in the six-party talks regarding the presence of nuclear weapons in the DPRK. The main problems are noted, including the factor of territorial disputes. Particular attention is paid to the reasons for North Korea’s reluctance to abandon its nuclear arsenal and to the analysis of possible solutions to the problem.

It was revealed that both countries need to make efforts to create an enabling environment for private business cooperation and improve the investment climate. A huge field for interaction is provided by the Chinese project “One Belt, One Path”. It is noted that in the future Russia needs to use its geographical location to realize its transit potential and create a transport system integrated with China in the Far East.

The article discusses the reasons for the lag in the organizational development of the domestic economic system from foreign ones in conditions of qualitative growth and globalization of the economy. The disadvantages of the current model of economic system management in the Russian Federation are shown. The transition of highly developed countries from the organizational structures of a large-scale economy to self-organizing elements of a quality economy is noted. The dependence of the growth rate of the gross domestic product on the proper order in the economic system is proved. A new model for managing the economic system based on self-organization, synergistic effect and horizontal interaction of market entities is proposed.

This article sets out the author’s position on the types of agricultural activities in general and the crop sub-sectors in particular, as well as the features of the activity of grain production enterprises that affect the specifics of the organization of managerial accounting at enterprises in this industry. The purpose of the study is to summarize the modern organizational and technological features of grain production enterprises that affect the organization of management accounting. The methodological basis of the work was general scientific principles and research methods: analytical, logical, monographic methods, as well as groupings and comparisons. From the perspective of an integrated approach, the article uses the research of modern scientists in the field of management accounting in agricultural enterprises. The types of agricultural activities for the purpose of accounting management accounting are structured, the internal structure of the crop production sub-sectors is considered, the features of the activity of grain production enterprises affecting the organization of management accounting are identified and justified. The results of the study have theoretical and practical significance, can be recommended for use in the organization of management accounting in grain production, which showed that grain production is of strategic importance in ensuring the economic security of the state. It is concluded that when substantiating the prospects for the further development of the management accounting system, it is necessary to take into account the industry-specific features of the functioning of grain production enterprises.

A comparative critical analysis is made in the article, the advantages and disadvantages of existing modern methods for analyzing the influence of factors of the macroenvironment of an enterprise are revealed. An author's scientific and methodological approach to the analysis of these factors is proposed based on the use of an integrated method that takes into account all the advantages of the methods proposed in the scientific literature and eliminates the disadvantages. The use of the proposed approach was tested on the example of Donetsk trade enterprises engaged in trade in building materials. An analysis is made of the influence of macroenvironment factors on the formation of a model of anti-crisis economic behavior of an enterprise.
