APPLICATION THEORY OF PUSHING FOR EFFECTIVE WEAPON TRADE

author

G. N. GAFUROVA, I. I. RODIONOV

abstract

Subject. Richard Thaler’s approaches to push theory (“controlled choice”), like behavioral finance approaches, can be applied and useful in the arms trade. The capabilities of Russian equipment and weapons have already been demonstrated in a combat situation, for example, in the fight against the terrorist threat in Syria, however, the question of how successful sellers of military equipment can monetize these capabilities and improve its competitiveness against others remains open. Goals. Description of the essence of a behavioral economy that uses tools from the field of psychology in the analysis of economic decision-making. The use of approaches of the theory of pushing R. Thaler in the process of promoting high-tech products - weapons and military equipment is analyzed. Methodology. As a methodological base used a set of methods and principles of scientific knowledge and research, methods of logical and statistical analysis. Results. Minor elements of social situations can significantly affect people's behavior. As scientists note, pushing is everywhere, even if we don’t notice it. Using the approaches of the theory of pushing R. Thaler, one can pre-evaluate the behavior of the customer’s personality, for example, military equipment, and predict its demand. In turn, the identified socio-psychological problem of adequate and informed professional behavior of the individual buyer of complex equipment will significantly increase the competitiveness, effectiveness of the financial strategy and tactics of the arms market participants. Findings. Thaler’s work has shown that in order to understand how people actually act, sociologists and economists must consider human systemic and predictable psychological preferences. The use of approaches of the theory of pushing R. Thaler in the process of promoting high-tech products - weapons and military equipment - is a new direction, suggesting the need for systematic research both theoretically and in practical terms. The main conclusions are formulated that the approaches of behavioral finance and the theory of pushing in the field of foreign trade and arms trade have been developing not the first year, but less actively and more often unconsciously.

author

A.M. ABDULGALIMOV, T.-A. V. IBRAGIMOV

abstract

The article examines the problem of the development of foreign trade in the regions of the North Caucasus, whose economy is in a developing state. To analyze the ratio of foreign trade turnover of the regions, the synthesis method is used. To formulate the results of the study, the induction method is used - the results of foreign trade turnover and the deduction method are generalized to identify specific results of foreign economic activity of specific regions. An algorithm of actions for structuring GRP and an approach to the formation of a methodology for determining the impact of foreign trade on the economy, which is applicable to the real situation in the regions of the North Caucasus, are proposed. The proposed methodology for determining the impact of foreign trade on the economy allows us to determine the level of inefficient spending in the economy as a result of calculating the GRP, which allows us to establish the degree of influence of imports on the economy of the region.

author

M.S. GRISHANIN, Yu. V. LISIN, D.V. KOTOV

abstract

The article presents the scientific and practical results of research in the field of improving the assessment of the economic efficiency of repair, reconstruction and technical re-equipment projects implemented as part of special investment programs by large industrial companies of Russia. It is shown how the system for the formation, implementation and control of projects developed and successfully used at Transneft PJSC can be applied to a wide range of systemically important production and transportation companies. The scientific and practical problem is defined as the ratio between the existing approaches to economic assessment and the formation of programs for repair, reconstruction and technical re-equipment and the actual requirements for assessing the impact on the decision-making on the implementation of projects of factors of a non-economic nature. These are groups of technological, environmental, social and other specific conditions for objects of repair, reconstruction and technical re-equipment. On the other hand, it is also necessary to ensure a comparison of multi-time and multi-scale projects. For a sufficient study of the problems of evaluating the effectiveness and shaping programs, a critical analysis of practical approaches to evaluating projects and shaping the programs currently used by Russian companies was carried out, and theoretical studies in this area were studied. It is established that the existing economic apparatus requires significant improvement and consideration of the whole variety of factors affecting economic efficiency. The authors proposed a phased method of forming a program for the repair, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of a large industrial company, including a consistent assessment of internal and external risks of potential projects, calculation of economic efficiency and taking into account the influence of technological and other factors, which ultimately allows us to present the rationale for the formation of the corresponding program from the assessed projects.

FROM GLOBAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT TO THE LOCAL LEVEL OF SOLVING SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL-ECONOMIC PROBLEMS

author

A. Yu. DAVANKOV, A. G. PRYAKHIN

abstract

The article reveals the genesis of the formation of scientific research of territorial socio-ecological-economic systems. Conceptual concepts of systems that interpret the triad “nature - population - economy” began to take shape in the late 1970s, when research began in which the classical model of economic dynamics was supplemented by an environmental block. So there were environmental and economic models, the use of which led to the methodology of modeling and system analysis of regions as ecological and economic systems [1,12,19]. This methodology has evolved, and environmental-economic models have become socio-environmental-economic [13]. Practice has shown that the solution to socio-environmental and economic problems lies in the sequence of these decisions: from local to global. It is useless to solve these problems at the global level without solving the problems of the regional and, above all, local level. As a local level, we considered natural and technogenic territories with significant disturbances in the natural environment.

In the current situation in the field of competition, globalization and integration of the world economy, a modern organization must be highly competitive, financially stable, adapted to changes in the internal and external environment.
