abstract

The technology of financing an old-age retirement pension proposed in the article due to the developed methodology for the formation of the funded part of the pension. This part is stored as a deposit in the bank and after retirement of employees becomes their property. The inheritance of a part of the insurance pension will significantly increase the motivation of citizens to highly productive work and significantly increase their income. An example of the simulation results of the average insurance and funded parts of a retirement pension for one worker working for 40 years of work is presented.

The study of the agglomeration structure of territories is currently one of the most pressing issues of the regional economy as a measure of the development of territories and the disclosure of their potential. The question of creating a single methodology for managing the development of agglomerations remains open. The article presents the results of a study of the criteria for determining agglomeration systems, as well as a typology of the main models of administrative management of agglomerations. Examples of the possible impact of agglomerations on the territory of their location are given. The concept of a comprehensive socio-ecological-economic model for managing agglomerations is proposed.
