abstract

The study of the patient-oriented approach in medicine showed that various researchers use many variations of the elements that affect the implementation of this approach. However, six key elements were identified. A special role in building a patient-oriented system is played by subjects with specific tasks and interests. The subject's activity is carried out within the framework of a specific level described in this work. Foreign researchers use different approaches to identify levels: depending on the level of implementation and on the involvement of the patient.

PERSONALITY OF WOMEN WITH DEPRESSIVE SYMPTOMATICS (GENDER ASPECT)

abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), depression is now extremely common among the world's population. Based on this, the study of persons with depressive symptoms is relevant. This article focuses on how women with depressive symptoms differ from men with the same symptoms. The purpose of this work: to present a comparative analysis of personality traits with depressive symptoms, both women and men, according to various parameters of life (for example, reaction to stress). The methodological basis was the works of T. V. Bendas, G. Martoccio, E. O'Leary, A. V. Libin, S. K. Nartova – Bochaver, N. N. Obozov, K. Gilligan, A. Anastasi, Sh. Bourne, Yu. L. Khanina, N. Ye. Serebryakova and others. The author takes the definition of the personality of R. Kettell as a basis. With the help of a theoretical analysis of the literature - not only articles, but also monographs - the reader interested in the differences in the psychology of women and men or the manifestations of depression is presented with a non-uniqueness generalizing opus-comparison of available sources.

Orienteering as a specific sport combines high physical and intellectual stress. It, like any other sport, involves an independent ¬ athlete solving sports tasks against the background of emotional and volitional tension. The article highlights both theoretical approaches to the definition of the concepts of “emotions”, “emotional states”, “will” and “volitional qualities”, as well as the results of empirical studies of the emotional-volitional sphere of the personality of orienteering athletes. The article offers psychological recommendations on the formation of stress resistance in athletes.

The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the influence of power loads of various kinds on the functional state of students 18–20 years old in the process of physical education. The characteristics of the mechanisms determining the effectiveness of the use of statodynamic exercises to improve the functionality of students are given. The basic methodological approaches to the use of statodynamic exercises in the structure of classes on physical culture are described. The results obtained confirming their effectiveness.

The author in the article analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of control activities of the Inter-district IFTS of Russia No. 17 for the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015–2017. Evaluation and comparison of the effectiveness of desk and field inspections. In the article, the author considers the correlation and regression modeling of the dependence of the amount of additional charges according to the results of the GNP (field tax audits) of the Interdistrict IFTS of Russia No. 17 in the Republic of Tatarstan on various factors. The main goal of multiple regression is to build a model with a number of factors, while determining the influence of each of them individually, as well as their combined effect on the modeled indicator.

abstract

An important role in ensuring the economic growth of territories is played by the state, regulating the development of the economy through budget policy, budget revenues and expenditures. Social spending is of particular importance, as security in the social sphere is a prerequisite for sustainable and inclusive economic growth in the region. The article discusses approaches to the relationship between socially oriented expenditures of the consolidated budget and economic growth in the region. Using the correlation and regression analysis on the example of the Republic of Mordovia, a positive direct relationship between the production costs of the budget and GRP is confirmed. Using economic-statistical methods, indicative analysis, and “zone theory”, threats have been identified in the budget sphere of the Republic of Mordovia. Suggestions have been developed to stimulate economic growth through the efficient use of the regional consolidated budget.

OPTIMIZATION OF LABOR COSTS

The article is devoted to cost optimization issues to alleviate the tax burden in terms of staff costs. For any developing and fairly stable growing company, cost optimization is becoming one of the priority tools to increase profitability. In a situation of a financial crisis, cost reduction for most organizations becomes the main method of survival. Personnel costs in industry are usually a large budget item; therefore, their optimization requires special attention. The aim of the study is to study the composition of the payroll fund and find ways to optimize the cost of staff remuneration at Arm Canned LLC. Based on the results of the study, optimization schemes were proposed to alleviate the tax burden regarding personnel costs. The methods and schemes for optimizing costs discussed above will help Arm Conserv LLC significantly reduce their costs not only in terms of remuneration, but also in taxation.

The article explores the issue of changing the psycho-functional state of students of a special medical group during their studies at a university. The mechanisms of the body's response from the point of view of the development of adaptive abilities during the training period and under the influence of physical activity are analyzed. The results are obtained that testify to the positive influence of special complexes of statodynamic exercises on the development of the ability to directed relaxation in students. The effectiveness of the use of statodynamic exercises to increase the level of psychomotor abilities and optimize the psycho-functional state of students in the process of learning at the university is confirmed.
