abstract

The article presents the economic aspects of the reform of the waste management sector in terms of the allocation of recyclable and recycled fractions. The main path considered by the author is the separate accumulation of waste. The absence of incentives for the implementation of this process by both the population and producers of goods was revealed. Economic instruments are proposed for motivating both parties to the process of waste separation in the places of their generation. The necessity of combining economic measures with information and organizational measures is noted.

Existing methods of quality assessment, based on formal criteria, are not sufficiently effective and adequate. The approach proposed in the work consists in applying structural and functional analysis to assess the quality of state and municipal services in order to not only adequately assess the quality of the service itself, but also to predict the cost of resources depending on its degree of demand, mass character and socio-economic significance.

abstract

The author examines the legislation, departmental regulatory legal acts of the prosecutor's office, judicial practice on the issue indicated in the title of the article. It is stated that in the criminal procedure law there are no legislatively established requirements for the content of the speech of the public prosecutor. Certain requirements on this subject are set out in departmental orders of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation. The author conducted a survey of prosecutors of the Vladimir region on this issue and provides survey data. It is noted that the content of the prosecutor’s indictment varies depending on the form of the trial: the trial in the court of first instance in the general manner provided for in Ch. 33–39 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation (Code of Criminal Procedure); proceedings in a special manner prescribed by Mr. Ch. 40, 40.1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure; proceedings before a magistrate for private prosecution in the manner prescribed by Ch. 41 Code of Criminal Procedure; trial by jury in accordance with Sec. 42 Code of Criminal Procedure. The author formulates suggestions for improving the current legislation.

Project management in strategic management is presented as a tool for the implementation of the first stage of the strategy, based on the analysis of factors of the external and internal environment at the time of development of the strategy, as well as projects as elements of the strategy itself. This article is devoted to studying the state of finance of commercial enterprises in the Vladimir region, as well as identifying the main problems in managing and regulating financial flows. To this end, an analysis of statistical data was carried out, indicating the volume, structure of accounts payable and receivable of commercial organizations, their industry affiliation. Particular attention was paid to overdue debt, its size and structure, conclusions were drawn on its dynamics. As a result of the analysis of the identified problems, methods were proposed to increase the financial stability of enterprises.
