abstract

The role of the effectively developed infrastructure of the financial market in the formation of the competitiveness of the national economic system and the growth of the productivity of production sectors is quite high. Based on its functional characteristics, the financial market mobilizes free capital and operates through redistribution. With the help of financial instruments, there is a movement of money capital, which ensures economic growth. The article presents a detailed study of the fundamental positions that contribute to a more accurate understanding of this economic category. The article discusses the main approaches existing in Russian and foreign schools to the definition of the term “financial market: legal, institutional, structurally oriented; functional target. The characteristic of each approach is given, the general structure and individual elements of the financial market are considered.

The article substantiates the need for the transition of the agri-food complex of Russia to an innovative development model, which will increase its competitiveness in the face of new challenges and restrictions. The essence of innovatively oriented structural changes in the agri-food complex is determined, the need for a systematic approach to the modernization of the complex is proved. The priorities of innovative transformations in the agri-food complex based on a systematic approach are justified. The assessment of innovative activity of organizations of the agri-food complex at all stages of the reproduction process is given. The factors restraining innovation processes in the complex, the main of which is limited investment, are identified. The main directions of improving the state innovation-oriented structural policy in the agricultural sector based on the development of project management are identified.

This article analyzes the security of the organization with labor resources and reveals their structure. To increase the reserve of working time, the effectiveness of the use of working time is considered. The factors of increasing labor productivity are identified, as well as a factor analysis of the complexity of production. The factors that influenced the decrease in the wage fund are analyzed. Based on the studies, internal reserves of labor productivity growth were identified by reducing labor costs in the production of the main types of products, and it was proposed to establish labor automation to reduce labor intensity.

In the presented article the concept of “labor stimulation” is defined, the main ways of motivating employees of innovative projects are highlighted. Next, each of the methods is examined in detail, taking into account the influence of the innovative nature of the project on the mechanisms of payroll and the provision of social benefits. The intangible incentives for innovation personnel are examined in detail, the most important criteria for choosing an employer are given, and non-standard ways of motivating employees are described. The information provided will help companies identify possible ways to motivate employees to achieve organizational goals.

FORECASTING THE NECESSARY VOLUME OF INVESTMENTS TO ENSURE THE MEDIUM WORLD GROWTH RATES OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY ON THE BASIS OF MATHEMATICAL MODELS

abstract

The article analyzes the factors affecting investment activity in the Russian economy. An autoregressive model with a distributed lag is constructed that describes the short-term and long-term influence of the dynamics of investments in fixed assets on the rate of economic growth, taking into account the effects of the multiplier and accelerator of investments. The necessary amount of investment resources was calculated to ensure GDP growth of 3% per year, which requires an annual increase in investment in fixed assets of 5-7%, as well as an increase in the accumulation rate from 17,3% to 25–27% by 2020. In accordance with this, it is necessary to relax monetary policy, stimulate effective demand, introduce tax breaks for business and tighten control over the use of budget funds.

PROBLEMS OF COMPETITION OF BANKS WITH FINTECH PROJECTS

abstract

The article discusses the main trends in the development of fintech projects, analyzes the historical aspects of the emergence of a new level of competition between fintech projects and other financial institutions against the backdrop of digitalization and globalization of the world economy. Today, fintech projects are not a figment of the imagination, but reality. As part of the study, a comparison was made of Russian and foreign experience in the development and regulatory regulation of fintech projects. Statistics on the penetration of fintech projects in large foreign megacities and cities with a population of over one million are presented. The opinion of the expert community from the country's leading bankers, as well as foreign experts, is cited. The main factors that have a negative impact on the rate of penetration of fintech products in Russia are identified. The survey data are presented, based on the results of which conclusions were made regarding the present and future fintech projects in Russia. The study found that ignoring the progressive demand for products of fintech projects deprives the state of future digital dividends, and subsequently jeopardizes its security and integrity. In addition, a point of view is put forward regarding the need to combine fintech projects and other financial institutions to conduct joint effective business. In conclusion, recommendations are given on reducing the impact of the identified negative factors and entering an uptrend in the development of financial technologies.

The article outlines the relevance of ensuring a competitive image of the region, and also analyzes the relationship between the competitiveness of the subject and his potential. In accordance with the comprehensive methodology, an assessment was made of the magnitude of the potential of the subjects, the effectiveness of its use, a comparative assessment of the regional competitiveness of the subjects of the North-West Federal District was made. Along with this, the reserves of the regions in ensuring the competitiveness (efficiency) of using potential were analyzed, and cluster policy was considered as a promising tool for increasing regional competitiveness in the context of the formation of an innovative model for the development of the national economy of the Russian Federation.

Depreciation of fixed assets after carrying out capital investments

The article discusses current issues of the transfer of fixed assets from one depreciation group to another, into which they were included on the date of commissioning, in case of an increase in the useful life. It is proposed to introduce an additional line in the classifier of fixed assets - “Fixed assets, after modernization” with an indefinite period of use. The differences between accounting and tax accounting in terms of depreciation and ways to harmonize them are analyzed. It is proposed to create a better practical basis for accounting, auditing and analysis of the effectiveness of the use of fixed assets.

The purpose of the work is to build a forecast of the economic development of the region with the inclusion of the environmental component. The authors suggest a direction for assessing the possibility of using resource recycling as a factor in the economic development of the region. Using applied software products, the dynamics models of the gross regional product of the Republic of Mordovia were updated, cross-checking of the forecasts made earlier was carried out, and scenario directions for the development of recycling in the region were proposed.
