The study assessed the relationship between the integration and energy agendas of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). It was revealed that the formation of a single energy space due to the integration of resource, economic, scientific and technological potential will contribute to deepening integration processes and increasing the competitiveness of the EAEU countries in foreign markets.

SOLVING PROBLEMS OF BANKRUPTCY OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS

abstract

The article considers the analysis of anti-crisis measures as measures that contribute to solving the financial problems of agricultural producers. The factors by which the insolvency of enterprises are assessed are presented, their detailed components are disclosed, and it is concluded that the further financial condition of the analyzed agricultural enterprises depends to a greater extent. In addition, the article presents the factors of financial recovery that will contribute to the exit of the majority of agricultural enterprises from the state of insolvency. These include factors such as the actions of the state apparatus, the formation of laws and assistance to agricultural organizations. However, a study of these factors allows us to note the imperfection of legislative regulation, by-laws and normative documents. The author concluded that in order to improve and raise the financial recovery of agricultural enterprises, it is necessary to realize internal reserves. To develop an optimal model of an intraeconomic economic mechanism for each group influencing its formation of financial and economic factors. Particular attention should be paid to attracting real investment, which will become one of the ways of financial recovery of agricultural enterprises.

After the refusal of international financial institutions to deal with financial shocks and crises in the late 1990s. regional arrangements took a more prominent place in international relations. Many scientists are worried about this trend, believing that it is leading the world system away from the benefits of a globalized economy. The article analyzes new approaches to regionalism, which implies a transition from formal liberalization of trade flows to a more serious consideration of the problems of each country that arise in other areas, especially in the infra structure, industrial development and monetary policy, in the sphere of sovereign governing bodies.

The purpose of the article is the formation of a methodology to increase the investment attractiveness of the region. It is proved that in order to attract investments, it is necessary to determine the nature of investments. It has been established that in order to invest in the agricultural sector of the Chechen Republic, it is necessary to focus on attracting real investments by the nature of investments, direct ones by the nature of participation in them and long-term ones by duration. It is proved that the state of fixed assets of agricultural organizations of the republic is a factor that reduces the investment attractiveness of the agricultural sector of the region.
