abstract
The article discusses the prospects for changing the level of economic security of China during the implementation of the Silk Road Economic Belt (SREB) strategy, which leads to a decrease in the country's activity in the economic confrontation with the countries - members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). It is concluded that the implementation of the SREB Strategy is a reflection of the regionalization process in Eurasia and will ensure the sustainable development of the national economy of China and other SCO member countries.

DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW TOOL FOR THE SELECTION OF FOREIGN LABOR FORCES FROM COUNTRIES WITH VISA MODE OF ENTRANCE TO RUSSIA

abstract
A methodology for assessing the needs of the Russian labor market in foreign labor is proposed. Based on the assessment of the coverage of the labor shortage of Russia by foreign labor in 2014, it was concluded that the established quotas for issuing work permits to foreign citizens did not meet the real needs of the Russian labor market. As a new tool for the selection of labor migrants from countries with a visa regime of entry into the Russian Federation, a catalog of scarce professions of Russia is proposed.

The purpose of the article is to identify the role of tourism in the economy of the Republic of Armenia and determine the prospects for the development of the industry. The conclusion is made: with positive forecasts, Armenia can attract new tourists in the medium term, and the growth rate of the flow will depend on the intensity of the government’s policy in terms of marketing and branding, the creation of the necessary tourism infrastructure.

The article provides a comparative analysis of indicators characterizing the results of agricultural production in various regions of Russia, their dependence on agroclimatic potential. The article examines how investments in fixed assets of agriculture are distributed across the regions of Russia. The current state of agriculture of the Republic of Adygea is analyzed. The necessity of searching for internal reserves for the development of agricultural production in the region under conditions of insufficient investment is substantiated and promising directions for the development of the agricultural economy of Adygea are identified.

The task is set of intersectoral, due to factors of structural dynamics, coordination of the final development results and sources of economic growth of the agri-food complex as part of national and global value chains. The research algorithm is based on the management of the vector of the final product, the parameters of which characterize the state of food security of the country. An intersectoral approach to the study of the structure of the agri-food complex made it possible to take into account interconnections and interactions, and to reveal new possibilities for its structural modernization.

abstract
The article critically evaluates the current provisions in the field of bonus payments to employees. Gaps in the legislation were revealed that did not allow them to properly defend their economic interests in practice. The necessity of adopting a federal law on the participation of employees of economic entities in the profits they create is justified. It was recommended to review the procedure for establishing incentive allowances for employees in the public sector. It is proposed to introduce fundamental changes to the system of remuneration of deputies of all levels and their encouragement.

In the research process, general scientific methods of cognition were used, including dialectic and abstract-logical methods. Controlling is a fairly complex system that combines various elements. An important structural element of the controlling methodology is the methodological principles. The development, formation and functioning of the controlling system should be carried out taking into account the key principles of the economic methodology, which reflect the features of the controlling process and are used to systematize the installations and stable relationships of controlling.
