Adoption by the UN of a new global agenda for the period from 2015 to 2030. actualized the need to use innovative mechanisms for financing development. Cooperation between the state and business, involving the implementation of joint programs in recipient countries, is one of such mechanisms. The purpose of this article is to review the practice of interaction between government agencies for international development in Germany, the UK and the United States with the private sector in the interest of implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in developing countries.

The article provides an institutional analysis of the costs of digitalization of the economy. The authors conclude that as a result of the introduction of digital technologies, institutional conditions, mechanisms for concluding transactions, their volume, and also costs are changing. It was revealed that with a reduction in production costs, the value of transaction costs increases, fundamentally new types of costs appear due to changes in the institutional structure.

The article discusses the prospects for changing the level of economic security of the countries of the Asia-Pacific region - participants of the Greater Eurasian Partnership (BEAP). The level of economic security of the BEAP member states is presented in the form of factors characterizing the levels of protection of the respective national farms implemented within the framework of economic patronage, economic cooperation and economic confrontation. It is concluded that the agreements within the framework of the Greater Eurasian Partnership should establish new international trade regulations and standards, taking into account world development trends, thereby increasing the level of economic security of most of the BEAP member states.

The empirical base of the article is based on the results of monitoring public opinion of the population of the Murmansk region from 2006 to 2017, which allows reflecting the level of terrorist threats in the region.

This article opens a series of publications in the framework of project education, which started at the Kazakh-Russian International University (Aktobe, Kazakhstan) two years ago, in February 2017. Publications based on the results of scientific and practical work of students, together with project managers - invited professors from countries near and far abroad - are an intermediate, but very important step in the formation of a high-class specialist, in building up his human capital. The educational project “Industry Markets: Theory and Practice” was launched jointly with the faculty of MGIMO-University of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the general supervision of the Vice-Rector for Science of the Kazakh-Russian International University Z. A. Alyamova. The article shows the ability of students to identify and analyze the industry market, using such analysis tools as identifying the market structure, price elasticity of demand, determining the relevant market and substitution hatches, detecting overflow effects, etc. The time period was chosen in such a way as to trace the behavior of buyers and identify those effects of demand that occur in the market with a decrease in income. A sharp decline in real incomes occurred as a result of currency shocks observed in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as throughout the EAEU, in 2014-2015.
