The article explores the role of transnational corporations in the processes of optimizing market relations in a globalized economy. The methodological and historical aspects of the emergence of transnational corporations and the individual stages of their activities in the context of trends in the development of foreign trade are considered. The authors identified and analyzed the main factors and competitive advantages of transnational corporations, which lead to the improvement of production forces and contribute to strengthening the globalization of the economy and global competitive relations.

AMERICAN SANCTIONAL POLICY REGARDING RUSSIA

abstract

Subject / topic. The US sanctions policy on Russia implements restrictive political and economic measures imposed on Russia and a number of Russian individuals and organizations that, according to international organizations and individual states, are involved in destabilizing the situation in Ukraine and poisoning the former GRU colonel Sergei Skripal and his daughter Julia is a nerve agent. The article discusses the causes and consequences of the introduction of US anti-Russian sanctions and retaliatory Russian anti-sanctions against the United States. Goals / objectives. To assess the impact of US anti-Russian sanctions on the Russian economy and retaliatory Russian anti-sanctions against the US on the national economy of this country. Methodology. The paper reviews the effectiveness of the influence of US anti-Russian sanctions on the Russian economy and the response of Russian anti-sanctions of various political figures and organizations, and their comparative analysis is carried out. Results. An approach to a comparative assessment of changes in the level of economic security of Russia in the implementation of US anti-Russian sanctions is proposed. Discussion / application. The proposed approach to a comparative assessment of changes in the level of economic security of Russia allows us to identify the priorities of the socio-economic development of our country, its economic cooperation and economic confrontation in the context of anti-Russian sanctions. Conclusions / relevance. The level of economic security of Russia can be represented in the form of factors characterizing the levels of security of its national economy, implemented in the framework of economic patronage, economic cooperation and economic confrontation. It is concluded that US anti-Russian sanctions can reduce the level of economic security of our state.

ON THE PROBLEMS OF TRANSFORMATION AND CAPITAL INVESTMENT IN THE ECONOMY OF THE KYRGYZSTAN REGION

abstract

This article considers the problems of a market economy regarding the transformation of the structure of the region’s economy, as well as the economy of the Jalal-Abad Oblast of the Kyrgyz Republic, which is impossible without the influx of investments and ensuring the availability of financial resources. Given the limited domestic financial resources, the massive increase in the budget deficit and the balance of payments, as well as the lack of a developed banking and financial intermediation system, urgent measures were taken to quickly overcome the crisis by attracting foreign economic assistance. The main difficulty of economic transformations was the lack of real opportunities for the rapid accumulation of domestic resource potential and the extreme inadequacy of banking and entrepreneurial capital to fill the shortage of financial resources.

abstract

The situation proposed for discussion reflects the Russian managerial practice in the field of municipal administration. The images of the City Hall, organizations, groups and their citizens are collective. This case is a training and research material. The names of companies and groups, names, positions, conditional abbreviations, similarities and other analogies adopted are random (typical or archetypal) and do not have direct prototypes. The author proposed several options for solving the problem that arose in the formation of urban policy. It is shown that there are no insoluble problems, and there are always solutions (fields of alternative solutions) that are relatively acceptable for all participants in the conflict.

The article considers the issues of material incentives for staff in the conditions of the innovative development of the organization. The concepts of material incentives, innovative development are clarified, the influence of material incentives on the personnel of the organization is considered. The main attention is paid to the proposal to improve staff remuneration, for which the author proposed the stages of developing a system of motivation and remuneration. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption that the competitiveness of the organization, increasing labor productivity and the effectiveness of economic indicators of the organization in the context of the application of innovation is possible with the right choice of a system of incentives for employees.

The author presents the main directions of assessing the results of an enterprise based on non-financial solvency indicators. Within each area, a group of natural meters is disclosed as the basis for the analysis of performance indicators to assess the solvency of the enterprise. Evaluation and analytical activities in the framework of modern business management is becoming more popular among managers of commercial enterprises. Promising methods for assessing the results of business functioning are especially relevant as a factor preventing entrepreneurial risk. The result of such an assessment, expressed in both physical and value terms, will reduce the uncertainty of the economic situation and compensate for the lack of knowledge about socio-economic processes at all levels of enterprise management.

The article discusses the application of tax incentive forms for investment and innovative activities of enterprises. It is determined that in order to achieve state goals and objectives in the field of technological development of the state, it is a prerequisite for building an effective mechanism for tax incentives for investment and innovation activities of enterprises. The main forms of tax incentives for investment and innovation, both in Russia and in international practice, are: tax holidays; investment tax credit; special tax accounting systems, including in relation to depreciation; privileges for the payment of certain taxes. The article is devoted to the consideration of problems of sectoral deformation and low competitiveness of manufacturers in Kyrgyzstan. It substantiates the conclusion that it is necessary to develop and stimulate industrial activity, transform the economy as a change in the main source of added value and the structure of the economy. Based on the institutional analysis, the dynamics and structure of the base and transaction sectors of the national economy are considered, the leading industries for the production of gross value added are identified. The conclusion is drawn on the need to develop industry to provide the technological platform of the modern economy, attention is drawn to the synergistic effect of increasing the efficiency of the economies of all EAEU countries as a result of the joint efforts of the countries of the integration union.
