RESEARCH AND MODELING OF GLOBAL ECONOMIC PROCESSES WITH PROPOSED PROPERTIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF INNOVATIVE ECONOMY AND ENTERPRISES

author

L. S. ZVYAGIN

abstract

The study of global economic processes with desired properties is a complex and multifaceted process, the effectiveness of which largely depends on the choice of tools. In this direction, methods and modeling tools have proven their effectiveness. Modeling of global economic processes is considered as one of the stages in the implementation of research programs, and the main evidence of the usefulness and methodological consistency of such programs is their ability to create a product with desired properties based on an analysis of processes and systems.

author

V.I. ZAVGORODNY, S.V. FEDOSEEV

abstract

The article presents the main provisions of the methodology for assessing information risks. It is proposed to use the method of fuzzy Petri nets to assess the effectiveness of the information risk management subsystem of the developed information system. The efficiency of the methodology is shown on the example of evaluating the effectiveness of the malware protection subsystem. An algorithm is proposed for preliminary verification of information risk management mechanisms for compatibility, which is performed before the start of modeling.

PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTROL FUNCTIONS IN AUTHORITIES

author

E. A. BARMINA, E. N. SUETIN

abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the system of financial control over the spending of budget funds and the role of executive authorities in it. Despite major changes in recent years, the system of state financial control in the Russian Federation, the exercise of control powers of authorities at all levels causes great problems. On the one hand, they are faced with the task of increasing the efficiency and rationality of the use of budgetary funds, and on the other, they have several different control powers at once, partially duplicating each other, having common goals, objects and objects, additional expenses for the maintenance of control units for each authority. All this dramatically reduces the quality of control functions and does not allow to achieve goals. To solve the problem, it is proposed to create an alternative model of control over the spending of budget funds in government, devoid of these shortcomings.

CONSTRUCTION OF SIMULATION MODELS, EXPERT SYSTEMS AND DSS IN ECONOMIC RESEARCH

author

A. V. SERGEEV

abstract

One of the main reasons for using the simulation method for analyzing models of economic systems, similar to the use of traditional analytical methods (differential and variational calculus, mathematical programming), is the search for scientific knowledge about the behavior of certain economic systems, which are often impractical or impossible to experiment with. While observing the economic system, it may turn out that there is enough information for an analytical study. However, it may not be enough to build hypotheses about the probability of dividing some of the used indicators or trend estimates at some time interval, which allows generating observation indicators of a given economic system based on the selected hypothesis of the probabilistic distribution of certain indicators or time trends. Such pseudo-observations of the system are used to analyze its behavior using the model. The current issues are highlighted in this article.

METHODOLOGICAL DIAGNOSTICS OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION

author

S. B. TURIN, A. D. BURYKIN

abstract

In the presented article, the authors attempted to develop a system for diagnosing the socio-economic development of the region. Its main subsystems were identified, principles were formulated, which the proposed diagnostic system should correspond to. Based on the principles of diagnosis formulated, the authors tried to formulate a system of methods for diagnosing regional differences. The authors of the article propose to quantify the socio-economic development of the region using the correlation coefficient calculated during the correlation analysis, which allows us to quantitatively evaluate the tightness and direction between factor and effective attributes, to establish the level of changes in the attribute depending on the factor change. The authors also propose the use of the ranking method to study complex systems whose behavior is described by a multitude of numerical data.

METHODOLOGY FOR IDENTIFYING THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION ON PRODUCTIVITY IN THE BANKING SECTOR

author

T. L. SMARZHEVSKAYA, I. A. SMARZHEVSKY

abstract

A technique has been developed to identify the impact of motivation on productivity in the banking sector. The methodology consists of a double questionnaire for employees (through a self-assessment questionnaire and an employee’s assessment questionnaire by the head), designed to identify the main component of motivation to work, and to compare the data obtained with data on their actual performance. The questionnaire allows you to identify the following types of motivation: career (career orientation) and purely material (without career orientation). A study was conducted on pilot data: a survey of ten employees of two structural divisions of Sberbank. A comparison of the data on the actual productivity of employees with the identified main component of motivation made it possible to confirm the hypothesis of a stronger influence of career motivation on the productivity of a bank’s operating employee compared to purely material motivation.
