The article presents an analysis of the physical and geographical position of one of the regions of Spain - Castile-La Mancha. This region is distinguished by the fact that it is located in the center of the peninsula; its economy mainly consists of agricultural activities. The prospects for the development of the Spanish region are determined as the basis for improving the socio-economic indicators of the Russian region. For this, the situation of the region and its transport system are analyzed. It is considered what natural resources this region has, in what climate and in what natural conditions it is located. It is estimated how its location and resources influence development. The study will bring Russia and Spain closer in the framework of regional cooperation.

The subject of the study is the state of the national insurance market in retrospect and modern conditions. The purpose of the study is to study the evolutionary development of the Russian insurance market, to identify contemporary problems. The research method is analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, historical. As a result of the study, the stages of development of the Russian insurance market are identified, the main contemporary problems are identified. The scope of the results is the Russian insurance system. Conclusions - the main problems of the development of the national insurance market integrate the underdevelopment of the risk management system, the insufficient recognition of insurance as a strategic link in the Russian economy, the non-recognition of insurance products and services as investment tools, the regional mismatch and underdevelopment of the insurance market infrastructure.

The article discusses current issues of competition in the service sector, as well as assesses the role of competitiveness of services on the way to the formation of a sustainable level of economic security of the enterprise. A number of parameters are also described that determine the specificity of competitive relations in the hotel services sector, for example, a significant difference in the nature of labor activity in the studied area, significant differences in the production process of hotel services and the process of their consumption compared with other industries, significant national differences in the methods of servicing, implementation services and ideas about values ​​in different countries of the world and so on. It is concluded that the most acceptable in the current economic conditions in the services market is non-price competition, which consists in the struggle to provide a high-quality product that will ensure high sales volumes and, as a result, a solid system of economic security for enterprises.

The article discusses the mechanisms of self-financing of fixed capital of industrial enterprises, in which the main requirements are that when organizing their activities, the principles of financing of fixed capital should be oriented on the innovativeness of products and innovative technologies used, the adequacy of own funds for self-financing, the use of alternative sources of self-financing, which allow timely replacement of the main equipment for the production of innovative products, the effective implementation of innovation and investment projects, the timely commercialization of innovative products. The authors also analyzed alternative sources of self-financing in the article and proposed new ones that provide additional financial return on investments.

abstract

The main goal of this article is to better familiarize local banks with compliance requirements, which should be taken into account when establishing correspondent banking relations with foreign banks, including when strengthening existing relations. In recent years, the problem of establishing correspondent banking relations with high-rated foreign banks, especially with US banks, has arisen. Noting that banks do not comply with compliance standards, these banks refuse to establish new or terminate existing relationships. Therefore, the formation of additional compliance measures in banks that meet international standards and the requirements of foreign banks is one of the urgent problems of our time. This study is based on international experience and scientific methods. In studies conducted on the basis of reports from international financial institutions and an analysis of existing compliance standards, problems in this area were studied and attention was paid to ways to solve them. The scientific novelty of the article is to determine the basics of compliance-oriented correspondent banking relations based on international standards and practice, as well as offer practical suggestions and recommendations for improving these relations.
