Abstract
The article discusses the features of introducing a lean concept in service enterprises in the face of increased competition, the development of information and communication technologies, and the complexity of business processes. The authors emphasize that the success of the implementation of Lean technology depends on the development of cooperative ties in the enterprise, which are implemented in working groups created from specialists from various structural divisions, workers and managers. This allows you to achieve the greatest economic effect in the implementation of this concept and is relevant when reducing the level of investment by the state and foreign companies in the conditions of self-investment of enterprises.
