Abstract

The wide distribution of teamwork in developed countries in various areas of management actualizes the problem of changing the role of managers, their functions in the new conditions. Currently, there is a significant variety of types and forms of organization management when using teams. The article analyzes the most common types and forms of management in organizations of various profiles when using teams.
