Abstract
The project under consideration consists in organizing an excursion program at an industrial enterprise engaged in the production of meat products. The relevance of this topic is that the experience economy is currently conquering the market. People are no longer interested in ordinary excursions - they want to spend their leisure time in a more unusual way. For example, who didn’t want to go to an ice cream factory - see the production process, conduct an unlimited tasting and buy it home at a discount? This is exactly the kind of pastime offered by the Chistaya Liniya plant. This tour is popular among both children and adults, it gave a new round of popularity for this brand. As already mentioned, this can be of interest to both the enterprise and the tourist. The following key indicators were chosen: the number of visitors to the excursion on weekdays and weekends. The analysis showed that these values have a positive trend throughout the entire period under consideration.
