Abstract

The work examines the activities of credit institutions in the context of the transformation of the financial market. The peculiarities of their development revealed, and the corresponding role in the financial market in the context of heightened competition from technological (digital) companies is determined. The models (Bank 1.0, Bank 2.0, Bank 3.0 and Bank 4.0) of banking analyzed. Technological drivers of banking services in the financial market systematized.
In the conclusion that it is necessary for credit institutions to switch to a more advanced (technological) model of activity in order to ensure competitiveness in the process of transformation of the financial market.
