Abstract

The study examines the theoretical and practical aspects of insurance fraud at the current stage of eco-nomic development in the Russian Federation. Statistical information about the development of this problem is provided. In addition, the problems that arise in the neutralization of fraud in the insurance sector are inves-tigated, as well as measures to eliminate them are proposed.
