Abstract

The article establishes the transformed elements of the structural organization at the mezzo-level, which are of priority importance for the innovative growth of the economy: clusters with a nucleus in the form of innovative initiatives of large corporations; zones of neo-industrial growth of large cities, formed on the basis of a systemic transformation of industrial outskirts. In assessing the structural elements of the Russian economy, the author has implemented the capabilities of the systems approach and a number of interdisciplinary resources.
