Abstract

The article discusses the main directions and mechanisms for the development of the personnel potential of the region, the use of which contributes not only to the effective development of the regional economy, but also to the solution of the most important social priorities that come to the fore before the state authorities of the subjects of the Federation. Highly productive mechanisms for the development of human resources in the region will make it possible not only to become an effective tool for ensuring the progressive economic development of the constituent entities of the Federation, but will also contribute to the transfer of the national economy to an innovative track.
