Abstract

Wine-making cooperation has both features inherent in all cooperative organizations and a pronounced industry specificity. This is especially evident in the composition, content and correlation of its functions – production, economic, social, ecological-landscape, cultural-ethnic, cooperative, organizational. This functional and structural approach is reflected in the proposed scheme of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing winemaking cooperation.
