Abstract

The article deals with the theoretical aspects of process management, its content, characteristics and specific features. The focus is on the study of the key stages of process management, the basic principles of rational process management, and the consideration of various approaches to process management. The concept of “process management” and the main methods of classification of such management are described in detail. Its specific features and rules, key parameters of quality assessment are considered. The presented theoretical aspects of process management are able to provide a complete picture of the study of this concept, to make an understanding in the field of detailed study of each of the stages of process management and to give the basic knowledge for the implementation of productive process management.
