Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of some aspects of the development of the hospitality industry – the most important element of high-quality customer service. There are several directions of development of these enterprises in Russia. The state of the hotel services market, which requires the enrichment of the theoretical and methodological base, has been studied.
