Abstract
Over the past decade, the banking sector has introduced technologies that allow evaluating customers, and is beginning to offer individual trajectories for everyone. But most of these technologies relate to the connection of programming (machine, technical part), a software product for easy communication with the client and cognitive psychology (technology) into artificial intelligence. On its basis, the technical part is built, and the technical task is set by science. The article describes which areas of cognitive technologies are widely used by banks.
