Abstract

The article highlights the problem of the formation of an oligopoly for compulsory insurance of carrier liability for harm to life, health, property of the passenger market. An analysis of the results of the first half of 2021 in the context of the main financial indicators for this type of insurance is presented and a forecast is made for the further abandonment of some of its participants and the continuation of fees from a small number of market players. Proposals have been made to strengthen and expand this market for additional restrictions.
