Abstract

The article discusses the issues of increasing the adaptability of enterprise management in the conditions of economic instability and digitalization of the VUCA WORLD. It is emphasized that it is not easy for enterprises to become adaptive in modern conditions. The directions of increasing adaptability in a number of key areas are proposed: simplification of the business model, innovation, cooperation, acceleration of business processes, rapid decision-making, regular monitoring, digitalization of the enterprise and digitiza-tion of data.
