Abstract

The personnel component of the economic security of the region occupies a key position in ensuring the proper level of protection of the main directions of regional development. At the same time, the digital transformation of the infrastructure of the region, in particular the economic sphere, imposes new requirements on the quality of human resources. Timely diagnostics of regional personnel indicators against the background of changes in the innovative development of the main sectors of production will make it possible to avoid threats and risks to economic security and minimize their consequences.
The article discusses the concept of digital transformation, the risks and threats of this process for the personnel component, as well as possible development prospects. The analysis of some socio-economic indicators and indicators of innovative development of the region is carried out on the example of the Kirov region.
