Abstract
In the article, the authors provide the main statistical indicators of violations of antimonopoly
legislation, including in the public procurement system. The data of the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the
Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation are presented. The relevance of the introduction of antimonopoly
compliance in order to prevent violations of competition in various markets is determined.
The foreign experience, including the EU and the USA, the EAEU states, is analyzed. The work of the
Federal Antimonopoly Service on stimulating the system of internal antimonopoly compliance in large companies
is described.
The experience of building antimonopoly compliance in Russian monopolies is presented. The main
directions of its development in federal, regional and municipal authorities in order to prevent antimonopoly
violations in the field of public procurement are determined. The main ways of development of the institute of
antimonopoly compliance in modern economic realities are outlined.
