Abstract
The actual issues in an unstable market economic situation is the problem of increasing the efficiency of trade enterprises. One of the areas that allow you to get the planned result is the optimization of procurement activities. Within the framework of the identified problem, the application of innovative approaches to the organization of the procurement process through the use of IT technologies and the development of a mechanism to reduce the risks of the introduction of innovative tools is considered.
