Abstract
The article analyzes the section "National Defense", which has an impact on the number of expenditures for its subsections. This degree of influence of the size of each subsection on the total amount of the section allows you to determine the factorial stochastic analysis. Thus, the larger the share of a subsection in a section, the stronger its impact on the final amount of spending on national defense.
