Abstract

The article considers the problems of effective interaction between government and business structures of the insurance market, which has developed in Russia since the early 1990s. Considered and structured are the institutions of public relations within the framework of the legal field in the insurance sector. The specific Russian features of the institutions that perform the control and supervisory functions of the financial sector of the Russian Federation are considered in detail.
The main problems of the growth of the tax burden on the insurance business are systematized according to the latest reports on the state of the business climate in Russia. Conclusions and proposals are made on the directions of reforming the system of economic relations to prevent administrative barriers and the overall fiscal burden in Russia in the insurance and near-insurance sectors.
