Abstract

Fractal nodes, a fractal network, as a set, are elements of a complex structure that is characteristic of controls. The actualization of identifying the features of the transformation of management systems arose acutely in the context of the post-corona crisis development of the situation. Narrow-profile research approaches and scientific tools worked out in the studies of sustainable systems quickly become obsolete in the face of the onslaught of the “new normal”.
