Abstract
This article discusses the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the socio-economic development of Russia. An analysis of the consequences of the pandemic on the development of the world economy was carried out, an assessment was made of the economic situation of Russia in the global context. On the basis of statistical data, analyzed the impact of the pandemic on economic development, the labor market, and the dynamics of the population's cash income in certain regions of the country with a different industry focus.
