Abstract
The article presents the system of financing national projects in Russia. The main goals and objectives of the sources of this funding have been studied. The data on the planned and actual volumes of financial support are systematized. Significant discrepancies in the project passport with the data of the Federal Treasury, problems of underfunding, blurring of sources between different programs were revealed, which does not allow a deep assessment of the effectiveness of their project implementation.
