Abstract
The article examines the methods of improving the effectiveness of consulting companies at the present
stage. Based on empirical data, it is shown that knowledge is the main asset of consulting organizations. This
applies equally to employees. Therefore, many highly appreciate the opportunity to replenish their assets: improve
skills, perform complex and meaningful work.
The skills and knowledge of employees must meet the requirements of consulting organizations. Since each
project requires different skills, it is necessary to acquire and analyze specialists with certain industry competencies
at an early stage. Employee loyalty to the firm is a vital aspect of improving productivity. Therefore, it is important
for a consulting company to find out the factors influencing the commitment of employees to it, including tangible
and intangible incentives.
