Abstract

The article is devoted to the optimization of manufacturing companies’ business processes. The article reveals the concept of business processes, identifies their types, describes their functions. The main attention is paid to the sequence of measures of manufacturing companies to optimize business processes, which are presented in the form of a management algorithm. As a result of the study, it was found that the optimization of the business processes of a manufacturing company is a difficult task that requires modeling business processes, highlighting their problematic aspects, reengineering and subsequent control.
