Abstract
In this article, human capital is considered as a set of processes of interaction of local groups of workers in the course of production activities. The paper describes the relationship of employees belonging to generations X, Y, Z with the structural characteristics of the team. The results of this study will allow managers to conduct an effective personnel policy and create a favorable environment for the work of each employee and the company as a whole in the shortest possible time.
