Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the transformation of Agile. The article discusses the experience of implementing the provisions of the Agile manifesto and its impact on increasing the performance indicators of project teams. Detailed analysis of the Agile methodology as a management tool was carried out. Research methods are based on the use of a system-activity approach methodology, statistical analysis, specified by a set of general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, grouping. Based on a comparison of Agile application practices in Russia and abroad, as well as among certain industries, factors contributing to the effectiveness of the methodology have been investigated.
