Abstract
The problems of employee motivation are among the most urgent for business leaders, since
not only the activity of the employees themselves depends on it, but also the financial results of the enterprise.
The purpose of the work: the study of the personnel management system in the Russian organization
LLC “Importmechanika” in the implementation of projects. The company, implementing the personnel policy,
formulated it in relation to the loyalty and motivation of staff, training, age and professionalism.
The main goals of the company for the coming years are to maximize the number of highly qualified
specialists, to create a company that will quickly adapt to the conditions of a rapidly changing external environment.
