Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the motivation system in the organization of Hans LLC in the implementation of projects. The technologies and control methods used in the organization of LLC «Hansa» were analyzed. It was concluded that thanks to a well-functioning supply system, there is always a stock of products in warehouses, and thanks to well-functioning logistics routes, it quickly goes to the buyer and that the largest part of Hans LLC employees are sales managers, logicians, vehicle drivers, that is, employees who are primarily responsible for product sales and delivery to end consumers.
