Abstract

The purpose of the article is to propose recommendations for the development of Hilton in a crisis and high turbulence of the economic environment. The article analyzes the activities of the Russian representative office of Hilton. It is concluded that the level of competition is increasing every day and the organization needs to take steps to help it maintain its position or improve it. Consumer demands are changing, and this leads to the fact that the importance of strategic management in the organization increases dramatically.
