Abstract
The relevance of the topic of this study is due to the need to develop innovative products in Russia. To combat the failures of startups at the early stages of the life cycle, such a tool as tracking is effectively used. Tracking is the process of interaction between the project team and the tracker during the scaling of an innovative product, aimed at bringing the project to the stage of obtaining a consistently high profit. This article will analyze various tools that are used by the tracker in work, such as: Tracking map, Customer Development, HADI cycles, Unit Economy.
