Abstract

The paper focuses on the consideration of the theoretical provisions of the preparation of a business project as the basis of the innovative activity of the company. The life cycle of the project, the tasks of its planning, the structure of the business plan, the features of innovative activity in medicine are considered. A number of functions performed by business planning in the organization are justified; a business project involving the creation of an online store with the possibility of online sale of medical equipment.
