Abstract

The article deals with the management of the transformation of competencies in the public civil service in the digital economy. The concepts and types of competencies of foreign and domestic experts are considered. Three levels of competence from foreign competency models and problems identified by experts in the field of digital technology implementation in the organization have been identified.
The analysis of the Government of Moscow on the number of civil servants and employees who have completed additional education is carried out. Reviews left by employees about their work in the Government of Moscow have been analyzed. The main problems and solutions in the field of digital transformation in the public sector that employees face are highlighted.
