Abstract

Today, the issues of anti-corruption security are becoming more and more relevant. This is primarily due to the increase in the number of registered crimes, such as bribes. An increase in the number of such crimes undoubtedly leads to a decrease in the level of anti-corruption security of the state, region, municipality and organization.
The anti-corruption security system includes many different tools. The study examines the application of fair punishment for corruption crimes and compliance with the principle of inevitability of punishment.
