Abstract
The article summarizes the main factors of regional investment attractiveness and presents the
weight value of each of them. They are characterized by key and qualitative indicators used to assess the level of
investment attractiveness of territories, taking into account the risk component.
The author's algorithm for assessing the investment attractiveness of territories has been developed, which
allows, based on the calculation of dynamics coefficients, to classify territories according to the level of investment
potential development, taking into account the corresponding risks. The approbation of the algorithm on
the example of the regions of the Siberian Federal District is presented. This made it possible to classify the territories by the level of investment attractiveness into three groups. They show the levels of investment attractiveness
of regional territories.
